Will Republicans campaign with Bush?

I wish Chris would ask all the Republicans on stage who among them is willing to take a pledge to campaign frequently with George Bush. Side-by-side with George Bush during the general election. We know they like the ghost of Reagan, but how are they going to deal with the reality of Bush?

Rather than link all of Bush with any candidate, I am curious, as a leading expert on China, which candidates have a policy concerning China. In particular, which of them favors a forced reevaluation of the Yuan and which of them has alternative methods to deal with the overwhelming economic onslaught of the Chinese eroding our raw materials partners in the Western Hemisphere and other parts of the world. I know I have a possible solution for one or two of these complex problems, but I am wondering if any of the candidates have any solutions of their own.
You have to win the South to win the presidency. People in the South still like George Bush especially when the alternative is Hillary. All the candidates would be wise to answer "Yes" to the question of campaigning with Bush for at least this reason of winning the South.
