I am hoping that more of this type of information surfaces in the trial. Bush is going to give Libby a pardon anyway for having lied like a trooper. Cheney is a crook and lot's of Americans would like to see Bush and Cheney removed from office long before 2008, but I doubt most folks and even Hillary Clinton, whom I definitely do not support, wants to go through that circus again. Like Senator Webb said this evening on Countdown, Bush wants to run right over Congress. It's a shame that only Chuck Hagel has the courage to stand up for America. Senator Lugar knows better than to duck. Maybe they will just have to pass a binding resolution declaring Bush a lame duck. I think the terrorists and insurgents (who are not the same) both know it and may lie low for a while. Those folks seem to be able to understand the American public mood better than Bush does. Quack, quack George. Forget about your legacy. You are toast. Libby ... who? Fitzgerald was afraid to go after Cheney and insist on sworn to testimony so now he will cruxcify him on cross examination. Yawn. Does anyone really care any more? It would be more interesting if they allowed Cheney to bring his shotgun to court! SERIOUSLY, dismissing US attornies in the middle of fruitful investigations so as to protect Bush buddies --now that is REALLY throwing sand into the gears of justice. Let's have a closer look at THAT. Libby is yesterday's news, already.

Libby trial: Prosecution introduces evidence

Echoing Shmall's concern, hopefully, the outing or disclosure of Plame's identity did not jeopardize any sources, or put a person's life in danger. Most likely Fitz will be fired by Gonzales as the White House only wants attorneys who don't convict White House Staff when their guilty. This is just the beginning of the aces Fitz has in this case. Fitz couldn't prove who leaked Plame's name first because Cheney used the Nixon play book he just up dated it. Remember how Nixon sent those guys out to spread the crime but keep himself safe. The meeting that Cheney has was to do the same as the journalist were used this time as the ponds. Look at Libby's background and the one thing he can remember.
Lewis Scooter Libby Chief of Staff, Vice President
An Advocate of a preemptive strike on Iraq since 1992
Scooter is an expert on oil issues. The neo-conservative
Attorney made over 2 million defending fugitive oil
Billionaire Marc Rich. Libby helped in developing intelligence
For the Iraq strategy. Libby helped with writing the fake
Speech that Powell to the United Nations. Libby’s Defense
Is he was to busy to remember anything but he remembers
Clearly the visit by Tom Cruise and his girl friend. Our country
To going to invade Iraq and someone leaked the CIA’s name while
Libby can’t remember what was said but he remembers everything
About a Hollywood Stars visit.
Now if I were Marc Rich I'd appeal to the court on the grounds that his attorney Libby was suffering from memory lost so he didn't get good representation. This is all a waste of the courts time and it made to smear good Jouralist. Now we know there are jouranlist who work with the corrupt White House like Judy Miller but not everyone sleeps to the President's Chief of Staff to get the scoop. This trial will show how the White House lied and covered up the fake information to invade Iraq and steal money from the US Treasury for war profiteers.

Well today we hear Cathie Martin has more knowledge and classified information then Libby. Libby can remember the visit of Tom Cruise and his son's birthday but nothing else. Our troops were sent into this Iraq civil war to die but Libby can't remember. Treason of leaking covert CIA agents name Libby can't remember nor did he even know anything about Joe Wilson or his wife. While we are to believe that all the Journalist knew Plames identity but not Libby. I can't wait for Fitzgerald to release the next bomb shell in this case.
As an attorney name Andrew Strupp on this blog site knows Fitzgerald has all the aces he needs to win as any good honest smart attorney knows just like Attorney Strupp. Now Wells is good but he has nothing to work with so he doing everything with the hopes that something sticks.

Libby trial: Prosecution introduces evidence

This is all because Wilsons wife wanted him to get a job and sent him on this trip without telling anyone. I noticed that Attorney Strupp thinks it's a waste of time and we should continue to let our elected officials commit crimes and pardon criminals. Well if that's the new values of America the children can follow that course. Allowing criminal acts to be done but not punished for it means clearing out our jails. What a future if we follow that policy. America is better then that. I remember when Americans stood up in 1974 and demand our elected officials be accountable. Now I hear Attorney Strupp say leave it alone just move on. No one should be above the law not even the President. No wonder Gonzo is getting rid of the Attorneys in the DOJ he wants to replace them with Attorneys who follow the White House's orders. Well there are alot of lawyers willing to follow the White House criminals and disregard the oath they've taken to up hold Justice. Looks like the Criminals in the White House win, justice loses.

Libby trial: Prosecution introduces evidence

History will once again prove : "Oh, what fools these mortals be". chengor the sage

Libby trial: Prosecution introduces evidence

FROM WILSON AND OTHER MEDIA REPORTS - NOT ONLY WILSON REPORTED IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR NIGER TO HAVE SUPPLIED IRAQ, SOME OF BUSHIES PEOPLE DID TOO. It's a good time to be a corrupt lawyer.
Now we also know that NBC journalist were being used to spread false information as NBC is the most respected honest station. Fox, ABC and CBS are in the White House back pocket and not many viewers. No wonder the WH attacked David Gregory for asking the right questions so in turn they set him up in the scandal. I notice some paid bloggers are still trying to say the criminal acts by WH are ok and it's Fitzgerald's fault for bringing this case to trial. Most Attorney know it's the grand jury that indicts a person not the Prosecutor. He/she only presents the case if they is nothing no indictment if the grand jury finds something your indicted. But at lease with the White House reading blog comments it's a good place to put your resume so the WH will notice how willing you are to follow the crime wave team. As for Tim Russert well thank goodness a smart attorney name Patrick J. Fitzgerald saw that these honest journalist were being played by Cheney and his band of criminals.

Libby trial: Prosecution introduces evidence

I hope justice will prevail.

One foundation question should be asked:Why was Cheney so determined to get the Iraq war going? The answer: Payback to the Texas Oil thugs who were major and substantial finacial supporters of the 2000 Republican ticket.
